Eligibility: Investors must be 18+ and complete KYC.

Use of Funds: Deployed across intercity routes, vehicle partnerships, and customer acquisition.

Lock Period: 6–8 months. Early redemptions are at Proddy’s discretion and may include penalties.

Returns: Indicative APRs are targets based on projected seat utilisation, fuel pricing, and route yields. Returns are not guaranteed.

Payouts: Begin the following calendar year after audited financials for the relevant cycle.

Risk: Road, fuel price, regulatory, partner default, and demand risks may impact performance. Diversification and SLAs aim to mitigate but cannot eliminate risk.

Reporting: Quarterly performance updates; annual audited statements.

Dispute Resolution: Nigerian law, Lagos jurisdiction.
